Custom Bowling Bags produces every order to your specifications. Because each bag is custom-decorated with your approved artwork, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges on custom bowling bags. Every bag is custom-decorated to the artwork, colors, and personalization you approve, which means it cannot be restocked or resold. By approving your mockup and placing your order, you acknowledge that the order is final.

Our production guarantee

While we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective, or if any item does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no additional cost. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy. To start a claim, contact us promptly after delivery with your order details and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

The approval step protects you

Before any bag goes into production, we send you a free, photo-real mockup of your design, and we offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Nothing is produced until you sign off on the final design. This approval step exists so you can review the artwork, spelling, colors, and layout in advance and order with confidence, because the bags are made exactly as approved.
