The whole process runs over email and a phone call, and most of the work happens on our side once you send us a few basics about your team or company.

This guide walks through every step in order, from the assets you gather before you reach out to the moment your finished bags arrive. Treat it as a checklist. If you have your logo, your colors, and a rough head count ready, you can move from first contact to an approved design in a day or two.

What to gather before you reach out

The more you bring to the first message, the faster we can turn around a mockup. None of these items need to be polished or print-ready. A photo of an old jersey or a sketch on a napkin is enough for our design team to work from. Here is the short list to pull together first.

• Your logo or artwork. Any format works — a vector file, a PNG, a screenshot, a photo, or a PDF. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway. Our designers will recreate it cleanly.
• Your team, league, or company name. Exactly as you want it to read on the bag, including any tagline or season year.
• Your colors. Brand colors, team colors, or a Pantone reference if you have one. If not, just describe them and we will match.
• Individual bowler names, if you want them stitched or printed on each bag. A simple list works fine.
• A rough quantity. A head count or estimate is plenty at this stage. Our minimum order is 24 bags.

2. Pick a style and quantity. Choose from single or double tote, double, triple, or six-ball roller, or a retro vintage shape. Confirm how many bags you need, with 24 as the minimum.
3. Choose a decoration method. Embroidery gives a textured, premium finish that suits clean logos and lettering. Full-color print handles gradients, photos, and detailed artwork. If you are unsure, we will recommend the better fit for your design.
4. Request a free quote and mockup. Send your details to George and we will return pricing along with a visual mockup, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Review and revise the mockup. Check the layout, colors, and spelling. Ask for changes. Revisions are unlimited, so keep refining until it is right.
6. Approve and pay. You only pay once you have approved the final mockup. Nothing goes into production before you sign off.
7. Production and shipping. Your bags are made in small batches and shipped to you, typically about three weeks from approval. Rush options are available when you are on a tight timeline.

Choosing a style, color, and decoration

Style comes down to how your bowlers carry their gear. A single tote suits one ball and light accessories, a double tote adds room for shoes and a second ball, and rollers in double, triple, or six-ball capacities carry the load for serious league and tournament play.
