FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most about ordering custom bowling bags — from minimums and mockups to production, shipping, pricing, and care. If your question is not here, reach out and we will help.
Ordering
What is the minimum order for custom bowling bags?
Our standard minimum order is 24 bags. That covers most league teams, corporate event runs, and pro-shop programs. Smaller keepsake or gift runs can sometimes be quoted case by case, so tell us what you have in mind and we will let you know what is workable.
Is there a maximum order size?
There is no practical maximum. We produce everything from a single 24-bag league set to programs of 10,000 bags or more. Larger quantities generally earn better per-bag pricing, and the quality and process stay the same at every scale.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Before production we send a free photo-real mockup of your design on the bag style you choose, so you can see exactly how it will look. Physical pre-production samples can be arranged on larger orders and are quoted case by case. Reach out and we will walk through the best option for your order.
Can I mix different bag styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine single-ball totes, double-ball totes, rollers, and retro bags in the same order, as long as the combined quantity meets the 24-bag minimum. Many leagues pair totes for most bowlers with a roller or two for those who haul more gear. We confirm the per-style counts on your quote.
Do you keep my artwork on file for reorders?
Yes. Once your design is approved we keep the production-ready artwork on file, so reorders are simple. Just tell us the style and quantity and we match the original bags. This makes it easy to add bags for new league members or repeat an annual run.
Design & Artwork
How much does a mockup cost?
Mockups are free. We design your bag and send a photo-real mockup, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and you pay nothing until you approve the design and place the order. Revisions are unlimited and also free.
What file types should I send for my logo?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF work best, but we can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG art. If all you have is a photo, sketch, or screenshot, send it anyway and our designers will recreate it production-ready as part of the mockup.
I do not have a finished logo. Can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build or clean up your artwork from whatever you have, whether that is a rough sketch, an old logo, or just a team name and colors. We handle the design work as part of the free mockup so your bags come out polished.
Can you match a specific Pantone or brand color?
Yes. Beyond our standard colors of Black, Navy, Charcoal, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Red, and Forest Green, we can match a custom Pantone for your team or brand. Share your Pantone numbers or brand guidelines and we will reproduce them as closely as the chosen decoration method allows.
Can each bag have a different name on it?
Yes. Individual personalization is one of the most popular options. We can add each bowler’s name to their bag while keeping the team logo and colors consistent across the set. Send us the name list and we will lay it out for approval before production.
How many design revisions do I get?
Unlimited. We revise the mockup as many times as it takes for you to be happy, at no charge. Nothing goes into production until you approve the final design.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard production runs about three weeks from the day you approve your mockup. Timelines can vary by order size and decoration method, and we confirm the estimate for your specific order on the quote.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. When you are up against a firm league night, tournament, or event date, rush options are often available. Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote and we will let you know what is possible and any rush cost.
Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We ship across the United States. Shipping cost varies by order size, weight, and destination, so it is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate. We include the shipping estimate with your quote so there are no surprises.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can split a single order across multiple addresses, which is helpful for multi-location teams, regional offices, or shipping directly to individual bowlers. Send us the address list and quantities and we will quote the split shipment.
What if my bags arrive damaged or wrong?
If any bag arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, contact us and we will remake or replace the affected items. This production guarantee is how we stand behind every order. Because each bag is custom-decorated, this covers defects and errors rather than change-of-mind returns.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom bowling bags cost?
Pricing depends on the bag style, quantity, and decoration. As a rough guide at our minimum, single-ball totes start around $22 to $38 each, rollers run roughly $48 to $95, and six-ball pro rollers reach about $95 to $150. Larger runs lower the per-bag price. We provide an exact quote for your order.
Why do you not list exact prices online?
Every order is custom, so the price depends on the bag style, quantity, decoration method, number of colors, and personalization. Rather than post a single number that would be wrong for most orders, we quote each project individually so you get accurate, bulk-adjusted pricing for exactly what you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through secure checkout. For larger programs we can also discuss purchase orders and invoicing.
Do you offer a price-match guarantee?
Yes. We back our pricing with a lowest-price guarantee. If you have a written quote for a comparable custom bowling bag order, send it over and we will do our best to match or beat it while keeping the same quality and service.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
Standard bag colors include Black, Navy, Charcoal, Burgundy, Royal Blue, Red, and Forest Green, with custom Pantone matching available. Decoration finishes include stitched embroidery, woven patches, full-color heat-transfer or dye-sublimation, and screen print. We recommend the finish that best fits your artwork.
Is the embroidery durable, and how do I care for the bags?
Yes. Stitched embroidery is locked into the fabric and holds up to heavy weekly use, and printed graphics are heat-set for durability. To care for a bag, spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoid soaking or machine washing, and let it air dry. Our bags use ballistic nylon, 600D polyester, or PU leather with molded ball cups, padded dividers, and a reinforced base for long-term wear.
